Hello! My name is Ryan Throw and I make games. I found my passion for game development at the age of 14, and I’ve spent the last 15 years pursuing that dream.

My development journey began in my sophomore year of highschool after I took a programming course that focused on game development. I eventually went on to graduate from Illinois State University with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science

After graduation I accepted a front end engineering job at Intuit, where I worked on the Sign Up Interface for the QuickBooks platform. However, I wasn't passionate about that work, so I spent my evenings making games. Those efforts eventually led to the creation of tinyDino Games where I commercially released The Ambassador: Fractured Timelines. Shortly after my time with tinyDino, I received an opportunity to work at Filament Games, an Educational Game Development Studio. During my time at Filament games, I built Mission: Mars, a Mars exploration and Engineering principles based game on the Roblox engine. While at Filament Games, I also worked as Lead Engineer for the title: Neighborhood Good, a puzzle game about community engagement for iCivics made in Unity.

You may find a handful of projects I've worked on down below.
